Sun’s splendor orange ball spread O’re granite giants and tame vales Wild wind’s daring waft he rode How mystic, oh fate; ired dragon By ired hero’s hand slayed Upon chariot fierce steeds Thunder and spear soiled the field Slain souls of victory sang In smote rows of flesh and blood As his blade through palace rang The sward she tamed with her lips And arrow through heart deep As she rose throne high The queen veiled in black art Of sweet caress and honey wine And poison from the snake's heart
