Christmas Limmerick

Christmas Eve is finally here
Add Dragon's fun plus
Santas' winter run
Then celebrate Christ all year
But then we are weird so...

May the Angels' forgive us
Dragon made a great BIG fuss
The live manger scene
Has Dragon being
Baby Jesus, yes, it's nuts

It'll be warm with our klutz
The manger group's got guts
But that is OK
Fire is our way
Maybe they should use robots

Tho we will have lots of light!
Hold the extinguisher tight!
Run if he burps
Or makes a chirp
His cocoa had knockout drops

Carol Eastman December 31, 2015 at 12:44 PM People have been building levi's and then building behind them on the flood plain. They never learn... We live where two MAJOR rivers that cross most of the country meet. I wish them all well. But water happens. I've seen it this bad 3 times in the last 30 years. They keep claiming it's a hundred or 500 year flood. Carol Eastman December 31, 2015 at 12:33 PM Thank you. All the places flooding have done so more than once before. And those hwy's have been under water before, too. Tho losing one's house is never a happy time... Thank goodness I live on top of a bluff. My basement is wet... Like many here. The water couldn't run off fast enough so found low places... And yes... our basement has been wet more than once, too. Love and friendship.
