Christmas In July: Party In the Pool

It's only mid-July but I long for the Christmas holiday in December when everyone smiles and acts so jolly. I'm ready to decorate, since July is more than halfway there, so tonight I'll deck my halls with boughs of holly. It's a giant stretch of the imagination. Yeah, I know, I'll need to rent a snow machine to make my plans work... because you can't build a decent Frosty without snow! I don't care if my neighbors laugh at me with a smirk. No tree lots are open, so a potted palm will have to do and lots of gifts for everyone with summer's heat in mind. I'm determined this Christmas in July will not be blue so, we'll party in the pool. No invitations will be declined. Twelve months is too long to wait for this celebration. I'll hire a bartender who makes an excellent Mai Tai, and string red and green lights for festive illumination. I'm looking forward to celebrating Christmas every July. Congratulations on your first placed win Jenna! As for me, celebrating Christmas is never out of season! Looks like I have found a kindred spirit! Leaving out cookies and milk tonight. Wonder if the guy from the North Pole will show. Blessings!

So clever from a very creative mind. I suppose I should recall whatever I wrote because this is superb! I especially like the Mai Tai, a perfect rhyme for July.

Well if they can build an enormous indoor ski slope in Dubai, I see no reason Jenna, why you cannot get a snow machine in July to build a frosty, well at a stretch of the imagination anyway, this one is a particularly difficult contest, still you’ve given it one hell of a go, all the best cheers David

"Go big or go home" comes to mind. I found this a fun challenge. Thanks ever so much for your cheers and good wishes, David.
