Choosing Best Between Polarities
In crises, how can our being survive
When we’re pushed to grab by our carnal beast
And giving becomes actually the least?
Divine nature from greed has us released
Trusting God for selflessness’ work, we thrive.
Infirmities strike; we need help from wails
Since in the guise of love, genuinely sweet
Selfishness lurks while arrogance does greet
We seek Christ’s compassion against lust’s beat…
Triumphant prayer aids, and such prevails.
Inevitables shake mind to waver
Should we surrender strong will with good aim
Personally adding fame to our aim
Under the domination of grand flame?
Trials must be faced, smiting angst-quaver.
Indomitable bodies heed peace-voice
Submission to the Lord’s grand sovereignty
Upholds virtuous personality
Since He leads with righteous authority…
Thus, Holy Ghost wafts serene blessed choice.
In partnerships threatened by distance test
Conflicts arise against friendship nurture
Toward grievous relationship torture
Oh, we yearn for restoration venture
Truly settled with truthful caring zest.
Inspired for sincere intimate function
Warmed by earnest altruistic embrace
We strive for agreement midst quarrel trace
Winning against misunderstanding race
Touched by the Saviour’s reconciliation.
In struggling, what should faith do against doubts?
We persevere with facts along truth-glow
Anchored by Scriptures our beliefs follow
Defying lies of their deceitful blow
Turning to the Lord for freedom praise shouts.
Illumined to let honesty to reign
We confess our guilt with repentant heart
Knowing our falsities right from the start
Abiding in the ray of Light-rampart
Trekking on victory path midst grace-gain.
If unity with the Lord upholds soul
Cleaving to His plan brings successful end
While clinging to His might that does not bend
Empowers us against worldliness’ trend
Then we remain with Him; now as one, whole.
Investing in eternal* matters most
We surely cannot fulfill by our own
Since we never can accomplish alone
When we separate from the great King’s throne
Taking us to glorious heavenly post.
*1Timothy 1:17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
