Chicken Piccata

Tender chicken breast filets
Lightly dredged in flour
Sauteed then simmered in sauce
lemon and capers
served o'er spaghetti
Romano
cheese

Big congrats on yours. The chicken in this country really sucks . I keep forgetting . Are you in England or US? I remember a day when I really enjoyed fried chicken. It just doesn't taste the same any more. Same goes for roast beef. Even basic fruits!

You should try it this way so the flavors in the sauce are absorbed in the pasta. Garlic bread and wind... you're set. Cannoli for dessert?

lol Joe. If that's what I've done, the least I can do is offer to prepare it for you, but I don't do the low cal version. Virgin olive oil and butter! Only the chicken is lean. Thank you and enjoy your Easter Sunday.
