Chapter 82 -- Damian Delilah Mallory: the Children, the Adults Excursion

Date  October 2040

The children were in the dining 
Room and having a meeting of
Their own. Amadeus spoke 
"We need to be honest with 
Ma Auntiema and Dad and tell
Them when we don't like 
Something that's happening.
DJ agreed, "Yeah, brothers"
He glanced At Desharah. "I
Think we should have a kind of
United front." 
Amadeus asked, "So what do
You think? it's one way to get
What we want."  DJ phoned 
Sashi and said, "Bring your
Brother and sister  with you,
We having a children's gathering."
He called CJ sons also. "Rico
Bring your brothers man we
Are having a Hakim children's 
Conference. 
DJ said "and today is Desharah's 
Birthday." He said, "Happy Birthday
Little sister. How does 12 years
Old feel?"  Desharah retorted,
"It feels like I want to be 13.
More freedom." 

Meantime: Damian and the rest 
Of the adults were planning an
Entertaining excursion. Carter
Hakim announced, "Family we
Need a break from responsibilities 
We should have exceptional 
Liberties."  Damian interfered,
"Why not take a trip somewhere!"
"Of course some place near."
Salis and Manisha both agreed.
Mother and Father Hakim 
Decided to stay home and keep
An eye on the kids. Damian 
Delilah Mallory CJ Jackson 
Julius and all of their wives 
We're all in. Damian Stood And
Uttered,  Well what the hell 
MEXICO!! The family all Agreed.
"Mexico!  Afterwards Damian 
And the Wives departed for
Their mansion. Upon entering 
They heard voices coming from 
The dining room. Damian 
Presented himself first followed
By Molly and Dolly. Damian said,
"Hey Guys what's going on?
Damian searched the spacious 
Room noticing nieces and
Nephews. DJ spoke first. "Well
Dad. We...  we were... all of us
We were thinking...and we had
A meeting a Rights and 
Responsibilities meeting ssoo..soon...
We don't think we have enough 
Rights as kids. And we want
More m...a Bigger allowance.
Amadeus Interrupted, "Yeah we
Don't have enough freedom."
We have... we want to be able
To do stuff on our own. Go out
By our selves."  DJ said, "Yeah,
Those are our demands." 
Amadeus said, "We shouldn't 
Have the responsibility of 
Taking care of...of stuff."
Damian had such a mischievous 
Smirk. He said Naw... You ain't 
Getting none of that! He looked
back. Dolly didn't wait for his
Intro. She started walking towards 
DJ and Amadeus but Damian 
Held her. So she BLAZED them
From where she stood. 
Delilah pounced. "WHO...
WHO... DO. YOU . THINK  YOU
ARE!! YOU DEMAND! FROM WHO?!
I AM YOUR MOTHER!! (she
Pointed to Damian) He is your
Father!. (She pointed to Molly)
She IS YOUR MOTHER!  SO TELL
ME HAVE YOU LOST YOUR
YOUNG MINDS?!! DEMANDING?!!
So as a result of your demands 
You...(Molly touched her arm)
Dolly said, "Take it sis."  
Molly Continued, you poor babies.
Who did you ask for advice, 
Before you put your forsakened
Plan in motion. Well, anyway not
Only will you Not have any of 
Your DE MANDS fulfilled but.
Instead you will have privileges 
Revoked! Your outside time
Will be minimized. You will still
Have chores. You poor babies. 
Who! Did you ask advice from
Before you conspired on 
this forsakened Plan?
That's it!!  you get NOTHING!!
OF your DEMANDS instead you
Get more than what You bargained
For and less than what You 
Planned. Now say goodbye to
Your guests because you will not
See them for quite some time.
No freedom no demands met.
After you see your cousins to
The exit you will go into your
Rooms and lick your wounds.
Damian said, "Wait come here 
You three" pushing them into 
A corner, he began
 "I didn't expect this of
You, you are supposed to set an
EXAMPLE for your younger 
 Brothers." He glared at DJ. Then
To Amadeus. He said, Desharah.
"I'm surprised at you... you're 
Supposed to be a leader too.
Instead you were a follower."
"This was mutiny resulting 
 In no more allowance 
No Sashi, DJ. No Amani Amadeus."
This good living got the Best of
You.  "You let it get to your head."
You can ...always glance to the
Brighter side. You didn't get beat!"
"DisMissed!"  The three siblings 
Slowly walked away. "Go say 
Farewell to your cousins."
 Damian laughed.
 After everything 
Was quiet. DJ gathered the 
Older kids and told them, "We 
Have to apologize to our Ma, 
Mollyma And Dad we have to do
This now." His brothers raged on
Him " Naw, DJ you saw how mad
They were. Let's wait until 
Tomorrow." They agreed."  "Yeah."
Desharah exclaimed, "and they 
Didn't even wish me happy 
Birthday or nothing, not even 
A cupcake!"  Amadeus deemed,
"This is one accident that I will
Live to regret for the rest of my
Days."  Desharah said, "Yeah,
And I'm soo  sorry."  Amadeus 
Hit her arm, "but Hakim don't 
Apologize."  "Yeah" She mournfully 
Groaned.
