Changing Time

The clocks go forward Our clocks are then put back I was under the illusion that time Was physics domain or remit So why are we allowed tinkering with it Is it broken and who are we to fix it 365 Day's 4 Season's 12 Month's As the American's say Do the Math It all adds up So why defy What is the reason For changing time Twice a year One hour forward One hour back Dark winter's Light summer's Something's never needed changing

I could go forever and a day without re-doing the calendar or the clock, having no interest in either, and not much faith. That is why the last line made so much sense to me.
