Changing the World

Some people once asked me how I will change the world. They were curious if I will affect it, effect it, or infect it. I whole-heartedly believe today and said back then “all three”; Because I carry surprises and cause reactions and spread. Some people once asked me what I will change in this world. They were curious if I will dissect, damage, or divide morals. I have to proudly admit I have already achieved all three; Because I acknowledge the exception to every rule and law. Some people once asked me when I will change the world. They were curious if they, others, or myself will be there. I know in my heart I have invited more than those three; Because my pure intentions here are inclusive and free. Some people once asked me why I would change the world. They were curious if I am overwhelmed, satisfied, or defiant. I assured them I am also curious on top of those three; Because stagnation is what withers the beauty away. Some people once asked me who needs to change in this world. They were curious if I would mention the smart, the wicked, or all. I didn’t have to think about that one, “change HAS come to all three”; Because each trial brings wisdom and each day brings new life. Some people once asked me where they can find change in this world. They were curious about my unknown, another way, and options. I extended my hand and took theirs to church to meet the Trinity of Three; Because Jesus is always serving and change is always hungry for more. 6/7/2016 "Jesus" Contest

We are often the change we seek in the world. I wrote a piece called “Human Hands” that you might appreciate. Wishing you a Merry Christmas. I enjoyed reading this one again.
