If restless stars weep in remorse ~ for stealing the moon’s halo, will the evening sun fade as neon sparks flare upon this lovesick skin ~ quivering to be traced and touched, the sultry highs of storms within this drunken heart? I’m addicted to the dark ~ the pull of passion’s opium, warmed by the kiss of phoenix flame, lost in the spell of infatuation, whilst the sky becomes my master ~ undressing the violet heat of thunder locked tightly between electric sighs, my tongue obsessed and ablaze, pulsing like the lightning of the heavens, alive, burning within this tremor, O, but to be held amidst the sky-fire…
