Celestial Harvest Moon
bright celestial harvest moon,
bring me a love that can redeem-
I shall be awaiting and very soon,
I shall be singing your every tune.
when did this love appear with ease?
how can this be true, my dear?
oh how you made all my pain cease,
I ask of you to need me too...please.
oh harvest moon ascended on the shore,
free my soul and ignite my spark-
for it's always been you that I adore,
and in your arms I couldn't ask for more.
I crave you in the ebon night,
and in the day I thirst for your touch-
you've healed my constant blinded sight,
and turned my darkness into light.
I've never felt this longing sensation,
the way you ask me to kiss you there-
for you are a beautiful God-given creation,
bringing my soul complete alleviation.
