Interesting. As a student of the Bible and related history I did question and the facts and background info on holidays etal were enough for me to make an informed decision to desist. Life is enough of a celebration without the pressure to conform to the so-called norms. Thanks for getting my brain stimulated

Every day I become more disconnected from preprogrammed celebrations, I prefer to enjoy the moment when something actually happens worth celebrating, and sigh in gratitude, nicely penned Dilly, cheers David

I wrote this just before Christmas but thought it might be a bit too miserable... I really do prefer spontaneous fun rather than instructed fun. Thanks for the vote of support :)
