Celebrating With Friends
Celebrating with friends, day after day!
And even if I was alone to pray…
Still the nights shine ever brighter, as we
offer up our high praise in unity.
Fresh winds hail from the north, south, east and west.
The Spirit with tongues of fire - we’re blest.
Our happy dance, not a trance, but holy.
We bow down - God gives grace to the lowly.
A light shines in the darkness of gray days.
Going forth our steps, Lord, protect our ways.
The revival we seek of lasting hope.
Body and blood of Christ - salvation’s rope.
Celebrating with friends, day after day -
O Lord, pull back the tide, let no soul stray.
