Catherine With a C
Catherine with a ‘C’
People call me kitty,
But, I’m Catherine with a ‘C’
I’m not a baby any more.
I’m seven now, you see.
Kitty this, and Kitty That.
But, I’m Catherine with a ‘C’
Don’t treat me like a baby.
As I’ve told you once. I’m seven now, you see.
Kitty, Stop. Kitty, don’t. Kitty put it down.
But, I’m Catherine with a ‘C’
Mum and Dad moan all the time.
Even though, it wasn’t me.
Apparently, Kitty’s cute.
But, I’m Catherine with a ‘C’.
I rule this roost, I am the boss.
I’m nearly eight. I’m an adult now you see.
Kitty, Kitty, Kitty Kat. Is a name that they call me.
No! No! No! I keep telling you. I’m Catherine with a ‘C’
I’m a big girl now, in a big girl school.
I wish you would listen to me.
I was named after my Nanny Kit
She was Catherine with a ‘C’
I never got to meet her.
But I’m told she was just like me.
