Cascading Security (Sue)
It Hangs,
listless
and yet
every nuance of light
draws the mind in deeper,
shadows
and security.
Slivers of the sun,
overlaid
upon crimson gold,
almost hiding her darkness
(never admitted)
shadows
and security.
A twist of her head
engages
the taste of thought,
chasing away
the calamity of fear,
shadows
and security.
