I
The hands Carmelo's genes shaped
Are somewhat lighter, her heart sadder
Carmelo Ricci left a world of pandemics
On January 17, 2022; heaven is happier

II
If a dad can raise a caring, hand-some lass
Who is among those who love hard, not loud: 
The same who almost alone cares for Mama
Carmelo and Marie have done God proud
