Caress To Kiss

There's a fever on your lips tonight
sshhhhh......I know I'm right,
it's not narcissism, it's love's necessity,
lay into me gently, speak with naked trust,
tell me the truth of your heart,

Softly spooning into one another's lives
we teach each other the feeling of fidelity, 
I nurture your neck with my loving mouth
speaking warmly along your sensitive ear
I've come to harvest the cream of your cravings
your open breaths so pretty with honesty
we are both at the mercy of our poetry's ecstasy -

The love is not driven by selfishness but driven by need, and what is the harm of giving into that need when it gives one joy and euphoria?
