Dear Paige, your heavenly haiku captures the luster and magic of the celestial bodies that we wish upon, dream upon, create myths upon and cast our imagination upon to create a poetic gem such as this. The stars are in awe and so am I. Splendid imagery! Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

Transferring stars to canvas, I like it. We are required to provide the blinking. It’s not easy writing short forms. You seem to have a knack for it.

Nature gives us so many reasons to write doesn't it? Moonlight is 1 of my favorite things. I want to "blink" at the moon tonight after reading your poem. Over a lake the moon creates a path that I can follow, not now but tomorrow. Your poem makes me think of a line I remember from somewhere, "Two things can tear my heart in two, moonlight on still ponds and you" I enjoyed the images your poem brought me, can you tell? So pleased to read this one.
