Can'T Find Love

Where did it go, that feeling called love, I had it right here, seems only a while ago. Maybe I put it, high on a shelf, now I guess, I hid it from myself. I vaguely remember how it felt, when you touched me , It seemed I'd melt. I put it away, it wasn't used anymore. something hanging around, trampled on the floor. I saw it once, with tears in its eyes, how could you make, our love cry. That promise of trust for all eternity, was that really intended for me? We must both try to find it, no matter how late, a commitment to keep it, once was made. Now be real nice, and if you see it hiding somewhere, take it in your arms, and show it you care. If love can't be happy with us anymore, then we have to free it, so it can be love, once more.
