But It's All In the Game of Adolescence To Womanhood

Adolescence is usually such a hard game to play. The game board is a complicated one to go through. You worry, fear, love, say you can’t go through the day, But it’s all in the game of adolescence to womanhood. You try to be like everyone else, But it seems your parents always bar the way. “They don’t want me to have any fun,” you always say. Don’t be disappointed; they love you. You think you’ve got a real man to love, But you blink your eye and you only get hurt. For, sadly, you find there’s another “fox” in his glove, But it’ all in the game of adolescence to womanhood. Often, we carry adolescence in the wrong way. We get pregnant, while thinking it’s play. Think about your moves, before you put them into action. Don’t learn the hard way—you’ll suffer. Sometimes, we turn to drugs or alcohol To get away from our troubles and worries. Don’t! —That does no good at all, For afterwards, you’ll face even more. Adolescence is a long stage we must go through. It’s our life; we can’t throw it away. Let’s have fun, but have fun the right way. They’ll pass one day—your troubles and worries. Remember, it’s all in the game of adolescence to womanhood. Keep your head held high, always looking toward the sun. Go through adolescence and into womanhood. You won’t fail, if you really try, and You’ll find, in the end, that you feel rather good.
