Burrows Through the Homeland

Inside of each brain lives a glistening spark , Casting spells onto the native red gum bark. Carvings engrave crucial narratives in mind, Smell of eucalyptus is solely confined. An exotic platypus paddles through creeks, The possum loves the sound of a frightful squeak. Kookaburras cackle amidst hollow nests, With troublesome drop bears causing more distress. Sphere of fire rises up, shining through the days, Sounds of bats and bandicoots scattering away. Soon to reappear and greet Moon’s beaming rays, Boobook owls oversee lands with an alert gaze. Tall trees compliment endless and diverse views, Allowing creativity in our veins to flood right through. The burrows dig as low as our memories and history, Whether it holds mania, or mistakes and misery. Our past met briefly with hefty and heated fires, But our brave bush won’t fritter time until Earth expires. Let communities conjoin into one big neighbourhood, Regenerate joint lands and share tales and goods.
