Buddys Fear of the Car

When our pony dog Buddy was initially dumped He had a fear of getting into a car Forcing him into Joe’s vehicle was like pushing an elephant into a teacup Maybe he thought we also were going to dump him? Buddy has been with us for nine months now We have to be extra careful when opening a car door Have to look both ways and listen for the sound of a small horse Buddy is the first one into the car, and he likes to sit behind the wheel. At the end of a car ride, we also have to be cognizant Because Buddy will jump in, onto our laps Bam! His curtain tail whops us in the face As he jumps into the backseat He has changed our lives in a multitude of glorious ways
