Bubble Promises
Bristly banter bursts bubble promises;
Petulant and temperamental,
flimsy words on damaged devices;
Fragile phrases pop and raise analysis,
butchered meaning is never intentional;
Bristly banter bursts bubble promises;
Each one saunters in and entices,
garbled declarations had potential;
Flimsy words on damaged devices;
Exaggerated they explode in all sizes,
distortions leave you overly emotional;
Bristly banter bursts bubble promises;
Riddled with all that trust despises
confrontation unleashes a barbaric yell,
‘Flimsy words on damaged devices!!!’
Misleading in such fanciful disguises,
maybe true colors will live to tell;
Bristly banter bursts bubble promises,
flimsy words on damaged devices.
