Brushstroke

Dreams of a past that is gone, dreams of a present that flashes out. Dreams of a future that we try to model. Rememberings flowing across our brain. Steps we make day by day. A castle in the sky we want to build. Meanwhile, we dream about memories and we plant sees everyday. We wait to pick them up one day. Sometimes we have to throw the most of the harvest, but we keep the best one. The one it really matters to be remembered to take the present for a walk and to give a new brushstroke to start another painting.

A new slant on starting fresh. Also a running commentary on the way many live/see life. A nice mix that works a treat. Great tempo and each line. Like reference to harvest which like all lines in this piece fits so well. Best regards David in NZ
