I made a special breakfast for my grandsons, visiting from out of town. 

 

 

Swaddle sausage, bacon, cheese; Blanket tortillas In egg, cream, flour, salt mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bestrew bacon bits. Grand Breakfast. Phat!

Where's the chili? Here's a quick enchilada sauce recipe...stir in chili powder and flour until thoroughly combined, then incorporate tomato sauce and other seasonings. Cook for 10 minutes. It's not an enchilada without the chili. lol. a rolled tortilla with a filling typically of meat and served with a chili sauce. Yours a hearty breakfast and unusual. :)
