Brain Power

How do we navigate the narrow boundaries of the inquiring mind, the narrow path leading to knowledge, understanding, wisdom? So vast is *****sapiens capacity to store throughout the brain, the cerebral cortex processes, generates, tabulates, Often spewing out like a computer gone berserk from an unexpected surge, in the middle of a project unprepared, unexpected, frustrating. We learn to navigate; we learn to function within our individual limitations, manipulating cranial cells accumulating, experiencing, ever slowly dying. From birth to death, constantly processing from current information, hopefully, to make the most informed decisions, choices. Written March 20, 2021

Truly we cannot say ****sapiens? Good grief! This site's censorship is ridiculous. Now on with the show. "We learn to navigate; we learn to function " This is oh so true!

Yeah, it shocked me. Now, I've seen it censored in other poets' work. Oh, well...the funny thing to me is, everyone knows what was intended, so what is their point?

Your wonderful poem evokes thoughts that I've often had on the marvel that is the human brain, evoking feelings of awe and wonder! Your poem describes the brain's magnificence very well. :=)

Thanks, Evelyn. I appreciate your thoughts so much. Yes, just contemplating the power of the human mind evokes "feelings of awe and wonder." I'd love to see other poets writing about this, because I think it is a subject of universal inquiry.
