Thanks Laura, so glad that you liked it. Actually about 3 days ago we really did have a blue moon, said to be very auspicious. The next blue moon will be in 2020...Maria :)

Hi Maria, i have found a love in the Haiku form. I am ever amazed how poets can encompass there thought in so few words. I am one of those people who need twenty words to say hello. This is a wonderful Haiku and the video and song just enhance the whole. I have always loved that song. I can always find myself singing it around the house. This one goes into my faves. Well, you did it again, Maria! I don't usually care for haikus but this one is so special and it is my one and only favorite haiku. I really like that you ended it with the word "sails" too. Such a nice little video too.
