On dogs phony antlers are tied So unhappy Blossom will hide When she sees them coming She’d rather go slumming At landfills she spends the Yuletide And she’s not alone in her fear Surrounded by many a peer Midst trash each dog cowers On ice in snow showers Refusing to dress like reindeer *Written December 8, 2018 For Tania's "Funny Reindeer" contest

Carolyn this is delightful, loved it, best of luck in the contest but a winner to me. I got my Snuggles cat a christmas outfit and when I put it on her she just slings along the floor, I have no idea how I am going to get a descent picture of her for Christmas !

The only times I ever took good photos of my cats was when they were sleeping. As you know, they have minds of their own :)

I am glad you pointed this out, Carolyn. Many pets are 'forced' to put up with our whims, just because they are too loving and adorable to protest and break our hearts! We might think they look cute....they don't!! Hugs // paul

Thanks, Jennifer. I never did understand why people bought "outfits" for their dogs, but when doggy antlers came out I wondered how their owners got them to stay on their heads. Poor pups looked tortured. I'll visit your page.
