Blind
Life is good nothing is wrong
But why does this all seem like a song
Waiting for the happiness to reach its extent
Like waiting for the rain inevitably to end
When all is gone and the hope seems lost
We’ll still stand here with our eyes glossed
Accepting the pain, terror, and decay
The solution to the problem we will delay
Living in limbo ignoring the space
Our lack of hearts stays them to not break
Continuing to pretend that everything is fine
Blind to the children alone behind the government lines
