Blessing Others
Blessing Others
Written: by Tom Wright
December 2014
When I was but a young man,
On occasion I’ve heard Mom say.
Son, you’ll never accumulate much,
Because you’re giving it all away,
But inside was a need; or feeling,
That I couldn’t fully understand.
Why I’d take things I had labored for,
And place them in another’s hand.
Now late in life I’m found the same,
Surveying days for things to share,
For things that leave me for another,
Makes Jesus smile, being fully aware.
