Blame Game
Blame Game

Most everyone looks for someone to blame,
even before seeking a problem’s solution.
We’re content to let the problem remain,
secondary is seeking a viable resolution.
Life would be better without this game,
of fingers always pointing some other direction.
Invariably the end result remains the same,
and it never changes the problem’s complexion.
When we point a finger, ourselves to exalt,
three point at self, the one without fault.

“Youth is when you blame all your troubles on your parents;
maturity is when you learn that everything is the fault
of the younger generation.”
