Wow!! I like this one. It would be scary to walk out and a bear be out there in my yard. Once there was one that came through here but they are usually lost either from down in Florida or from north Georgia. Thanks for the visit to my page and for sharing this nice Tanka. Sara

Thank you Sara. Usually each summer adult black bear wander through here occasionally and sometimes with a cub. This time, an abandoned cub has been around staying close by and coming here multiple times daily. A rescue place may need to be contacted. I appreciate your visit to my page also. Black Eyed Susans are so charming to look at but I was told they can be quite toxic to people and pets. Loved your poem though. Nice job. I too am a nature lover and enjoyed this. God Bless, JB
