Birds Singing In the Rain

The birds are singing in the rain With no intention to complain Joyful songs in raindrops falling So uplifting, to hear them calling Calling for joy on a gray summer day Calling for joy with so much to say They gleefully share their freedom to sing Through all that Mother Nature does bring And as the rain pours down upon their wings They carry me away from all other things Heidi Sands 7/20/21

Lovely thoughts, lovely stanzas, Heidi. Sort of rare one hears the birds singing in the rain, but it happens. They certainly can capture our thoughts.

Thank you Vijay. There are many birds constantly singing around here, but they have really been keeping up with singing through the rain too and it has been delightful :)
