Simply beautiful, Gert. Hope your hand, arm and shoulder are getting better, my friend. Linda-Marie asked after you and said to send you her love. All is well here - it's Bank Holiday on Monday, so an extra day off work. Paradise! I'm not sure if Germany has Bank Hols? Love from Jack

The Bird of Paradise is one of my favorite flowers, Gert. Love the way you describe their brilliant plumage and compare it to rainbows moving between leaves. I wonder if there are also birds with this name. Awesome poem, my friend. Love, Carolyn
