Bipolar Realm of Reality

Irritable and frustrated. Very easily distracted. Trying to come down, from a high overacted. Understand it’s not my desire, to react as such. Care instead of claiming, bipolar is just a crutch. The mania has subsided, my better half setting in. Depression now knocking, with its dark smug grin. Darkness now my master, he’s once again on time. Binding me to this torment, of a mental state of crime. Help is no longer an option, I asked you manias ago. Stating it’s all in my head, this craziness that I show. I did educate with reason, asking you to listen openly. You dismissed me as usual, and my menial constant pleas. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, over the course of my disease. Is that you have to love yourself; you’re the only one you have to please.
