I have attempted 3 different shapes, have 3 times gone cross-eyed and in each case I came close to cussing. These forms don't hold still, don't cooperate, so I know it was your effort that created such a beautiful rose of softness with its ironic hard and sharp thorn. Great job. Wish I could think of a form for, "quitting". Enjoyed. All the best ... CayCay

One must watch out for those thorns, beyond the beauty of the Rose. You have captured this perfectly John. It is amazing how the imagination can take words, and then shape them upon the page. And so beautifully too. :) Brandy

Thank you, Carolyn. I had actually drawn this a while ago for someone on her birthday; when I decided to put it in the contest I changed the word from pink to thorns to add a little irony. John
