Beneath the Stars
I'll play for you a melody on this old guitar
And sing your favorite song beneath a majesty of stars
A celestial rhapsody, a soothing lullaby
Riding on a moonbeam reaching to the sky
But you've already closed your eyes to dream
A dream that sees eternity in every starry gleam
And like this melody, your memory lingers on
And will echo through the night till many a break of dawn
