Being Gay Is Not Gay -Requested
One step forward, two steps back
Couldn’t get in and couldn’t get out
The closet is open, but hands were locked
Sneer and hateful words judgment shout.
Do you feel that pain when no one stays?
Even family you love doesn’t remain
People you believe in lead you astray.
It’s a struggle to smile, a life you must maintain.
If one guy you love, you’ve done a crime
When it’s two in the battle you killed, you’re a man.
What perception does this world rhymes?
Discrimination all over, indeed very human!
In this religious society where doctrine governs,
Literally Bible scriptures are translated by vain.
Some people condemn in a manner so stern
The life of those who are already drowned in pain.
