We often fear things that we don’t understand,
and when faith is weak our countenance turns drear.
But everything rests in almighty God’s hand,
and God didn't give us the spirit of fear.*
* 2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
