Before This Night Is Through
Beneath that frame you wear so well,
are you a sinner or a saint
with that simmering of lust I smell
although you show restraint?
You want me; soon you’ll show how much!
The hunger is in your eyes.
I feel it in your tender touch
I hear it in your sighs.
You can’t survive my full assault.
You’re losing your facade.
It’s coming down; it’s not my fault!
You’ll see you’ve been a fraud.
For underneath your skin, you burn.
Soon you will be mine.
Before this night is through, you’ll learn,
Burning is divine!
