Been In Love

I've been in love this whole time Not realizing that I was I fell in love with pencils and pens way long before I fell in love with boys I fell in love with the paper and the words that I could form on them I fell in love with creating sentences and developing paragraphs I was the kid who never complained when a teacher assigned in essay I fell in love way before I hated math and way before I knew I loved books It was the first time I picked up a pencil that I knew writing was something I had a passion for It was in this instant that I knew what I'd been put on this earth to do So here I am begging for love When all this time I had already fallen For words. I've been in love all this time. No wonder I spend all my time writing. It's a sign.
