Be Your Happiest You
to be your best most happy you
you must surround yourself with joy
if something makes you sad
chuck it into the fire
if something gives you gloomy memories
tear it up into pieces or bury it in someone else’s yard
keep the things that make you feel happy, brilliant, excited
it is difficult to be enthusiastic in a hoarder’s house
live the impossible dream
bring all good things to yourself
be as happy as you have ever been
consciously live your best life
nurture yourself
