Be spiritually healthy by God’s gracious goodness-glow!
Since you’re granted with life eternal when Christ you trusted
And powerfully quickened* toward divine growth and revival…
…Nourish your soul with the bread of heaven
Stay fit as His heavenly heir entrusted with divine roles.
Be spiritually healthy as the supreme King’s student!
Knowing that “man shall not live by bread alone,
but by every word of God,” keep meditating the Scriptures…
…Learn from His truth for wisdom-gain as you exercise your faith
Teach and mentor prudently toward effective discipleship.
Be spiritually healthy as the Creator’s faithful steward!
With dedication, minister to others diligently
Toil laboriously in the strength of the Lord…
…Reach-out along compassion’s might
Build up lives with servant-leadership.
Be spiritually healthy, fighting symptoms of sickness!
When weariness comes, lean on the Master’s steadfastness
Rest in His bliss-filled tranquility midst worldliness’ oppressive noise
Commune delightfully with the Saviour in prayer and supplication…
…Restored and rejuvenated for another triumphant battle ahead.
