Notes About The Poem

Bathed In Moonlight

He took advantage of her virtuous love
and blindly forced himself against her will.
With tearful eyes she pleaded, but in vain;
engulfed by waves of lust he had his fill.
The screams were silenced; help was out of reach.
Her body lay abandoned on the beach.

Wow and Wow again. Hi Paul. Very powerful emotional and vivid. Bless those who find themselves in such a situation. I worked in domestic violence and sexual assault and this is real. You wrote with dignity and grace. Thank you for sharing your skilled talent on such a subject. Have a wonderful night. Peace and Blessings always. (smile)
