The survival of life when a drought strikes.
And we think we have it so bad.
Barren branches of a willow tree die
The rains vacation, a two month drought
Yellowing fields the rivers dry
A slender bear no fish to catch
Only one cub is left, nature's bout
Extreme suns heat was no match
Come rain, come rain, come rain
Rivers fill, grass blades sprout
Trees with leaves, fields of grain
Mother and cub now roam about
