Balloons floating through the air What a sight to see Who let them go? To drift around so aimless and so free Did a bride let them go on her wedding day Or some children do the same by accident, at play The balloons are in the distance now Their lifespans very short They will go very happy knowing of all the joyfulness they brought

Hi Shirley I enjoyed this. It reminded me of releasing some balloons a few years ago. I put messages in the balloons for the ones that found them to facebook me to let me know where they ended up landed. They made it all the way to Oregon from Nebraska. It amazed me. Thanks for sharing this
