Autumnal Dust

Autumnal Dust

At the feet of Autumn, litter of autumnal dust,
 Crumpled remnants - the season's still life portrait lies;
Cracked and brittle shells of shady summer portraitures
 Gathered for a funeral pyre - one last good-bye.
