Come,look,listen ..taste
and see.
Stop,pause awhile,
close your eyes. Wait!
Do you hear the silence,
it surrounds you,
it envelopes you.
Let your racing thoughts
be still.See they fall
like Autumn leaves.

to distract.
Now God has your
attention.He will speak
