Autumn Interlude of Honey

Looking out the window
Of the cancer ward
I see golds and russets
Way off to the distant horizon

Nigh a breeze gently swaying life
As the sun warms all colors
With its honey glow

I let my thoughts wander
Over lush hills and fields
Till peace pervades
And together become one

He/she finds strength from the view of nature that allows recovery to begin. Line, this is an incredibly amazing poem with a positive spin and the recovery process. Something about this is very hard for me to describe, but as I have been in a similar situation- I find this very moving and quietly emotional (for lack of a better term).
