Autumn delights sporting red dye Painting meadows in crimson themes Charming thrills of amorous dreams. Where parching breaths of maple sigh Zephyrs groove lilting amber breeze Swaying rhythms of colorful trees. How season’s golden passions vie Waltzing glamor of stolen glance As leaves chromatic whirl, and dance. Sights lovesome gazing sapphire sky Frolic with stars of moonlit night Lauding sparkles of twinkles bright. Hoisting desires of romance high Venus smiles gawking lovers kiss Boosting tempo of autumn's bliss. Autumn delights sporting red dye Where parching breaths of maple sigh, How season’s golden passions vie Sights lovesome gazing sapphire sky Hoisting desires of romance high.

Vijay, if anything, vindication assured from any backroom gossip, if there'd be any re Connie's signature contribution to the World of Poetry. She IS delighted with its resurrection, with hints of facial blushing to its being bested claims, "parchy minty-breaths and a-rrested stare-dares." Fave, my friend. Aloha, William

Oh my, this is such a gorgeous tribute for dear Connie, may her soul is embraced by light and rests in peace. You've conveyed so much depth within these eloquent words & it makes me quite emotional to read as well, somehow.. Your descriptions have truly reflected the beautiful hues of her heart, the way she loved autumn.. "Autumn delights sporting red dye", "Waltzing glamor of stolen glance", " Season's golden passions", "Zephyrs groove lilting amber breeze", "breaths of maple sigh" Woww, a FAV

"Autumn" does "paint meadows in crimson themes." It's beautiful, mesmerizing and breathtaking, all at the same time. So kind of you to remember Connie and how much she loved Autumn, and you did so, by using her form. She is missed, but not forgotten. Your thoughts caress softly around me and my heart. My best to you, Vijay. Hugs, Brandy

I was talking about Connie today, I do miss her, such a lovely and beautiful pure soul... You have honoured her poetic form so well.. so colourful and full of imagery and the choice of words just fantastic...I can see the delight of autumn in your words, although for me its the season of death... so many great lines, but this stanza was my favourite.. Autumn delights sporting red dye Where parching breaths of maple sigh, How season’s golden passions vie Sights lovesome, Fave for me!

Beautiful poem written in remembrance of your friend, may her soul rest in peace and poetry. Its never easy losing someone you know in anyway, and this is such a creative take on this form too. I love the imagery and flow of your descriptive wordplay and as always your rhymes are profound. I especially loved “ Frolic with stars of moonlit night Lauding sparkles of twinkles bright.“ ethereal! So cosmically pleasing. “ Venus smiles gawking lovers kiss Boosting tempo of autumn's “exquisite Fave
