Dancing past the vibrant embrace
Leaves tempting the earth with their praise
Visions ~ joyful hearts will amaze
Laughter healing with gentle grace
Trembling trees, naked of their breath
Welcoming the season of death
Glowing light that dark can't erase
Passionate fires in crispy hues
Silent shouts from souls who enthuse
Stirring of dreams brought face-to-face
With peace so wonderous it warms
Hearts ~ even in the darkest storms
Shadows singing of hopes to chase
Away the fears, wiping the tears
So Autumn's song sings through the years
Dancing past the vibrant embrace
Laughter healing with gentle grace
Glowing light that dark can't erase
Stirring of dreams brought face-to-face
Shadows singing of hopes to chase
